What’s the difference between the Luxe Booth and EasySnap experience?

The Luxe Booth is our handcrafted wooden booth with a professional DSLR camera and instant film-quality prints — ideal for weddings, baby showers, and milestone celebrations where keepsake quality matters. The EasySnap Booth is an iPad-based, self-serve photobooth that runs without an attendant, making it a great fit for corporate events, school functions, and casual parties where simplicity and branded sharing are the priority.

What areas do you serve?

HappyClicksBooth is based in Burnaby and serves the Metro Vancouver and Lower Mainland area, including Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, and Abbotsford/Fraser Valley. We’re also available for events in the Greater Toronto Area as part of our East Coast expansion — contact us to confirm availability for your location.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your photo booth hire at least four to six weeks before your event to secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding and graduation season (May through September). Popular dates fill up quickly, so if you have a specific weekend in mind, it’s worth reaching out early. Check availability for your date to get started.


How long does setup take?

Setup for both the Luxe Booth and EasySnap typically takes 45 to 60 minutes and is handled by our team before your event begins — your guests won’t see any of the prep work. We arrive ahead of the start time included in your package, so everything is ready and tested before the first photo is taken. If your venue has specific load-in windows, just let us know when you book.
