How Booking Works
Securing your date is straightforward. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking — the balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept e-transfer and major credit cards.
Peak date policy: Saturdays in May–October, all of December, and long weekends require a 4-hour minimum booking.
Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a booking confirmation and a short questionnaire to lock in your overlay design, backdrop choice, and prop preferences. We handle the rest.
